Digital Painting

 

 

What were you trying to accomplish? To create a digital painting using mixer brush.

What technical skills did you use to create the project? My knowledge in photoshop and the mixer brush tool.

How do you feel you did on the project? I feel I did good on this project. The only thing i wish i could have gotten was more of that painting texture to show through, but i feel the more heavy i went it looked kind of messy. Overall I do really like my painting though.

Hyperlapse Video

What were you trying to accomplish? To create a hyper lapse video

What technical skills did you use to create the project? My knowledge in photography and premier pro. 

How do you feel you did on the project? I feel I did good and really put the brutal snow day to good use. The only thing I realized I did wrong was took the pictures in portrait mode instead of landscape. 

4 Page Web Site

What were you trying to accomplish? To create a 4 page web site with a custom header graphic. 

What technical skills did you use to create the project? I used my knowledge in content management and wordpress. 

How do you feel you did on the project? I feel I did good on the project, I met the requirements. The layout is clean and simple. 

4 Card Designs

What were you trying to accomplish? Creating 4 designs for a card game.

What technical skills did you use to create the project? I used my knowledge in illustrator to create my project

How do you feel you did on the project? I feel I did AWFUL on this project. I couldn't come up with any creative ideas for these designs and the designs are terrible, it makes me really sad.  

3D Pop-up Gallery

What were you trying to accomplish? Creating a 3D pop-up gallery with my own artwork.

What technical skills did you use to create the project? I used my knowledge in after effects to create this project.

How do you feel you did on the project? I feel I did terrible on this project, the rotation of the pictures just would not work out for me...

What were you trying to accomplish? Two covers and folio designs for SLAM 

What technical skills did you use to create the project? I used my knowledge in photoshop to create both designs

How do you feel you did on the project? I feel I did good on the project, the designs are creative and not overly complicated.  

Artwork using Drawing Tablet

What were you trying to accomplish? Creating an artwork in photoshop using a drawing tablet 

What technical skills did you use to create the project? I used my knowledge in photoshop to create my project

How do you feel you did on the project? I feel I did good on the project, I wanted to try and use brushes with a bit more rougher textures to them.

Stickers

 

What were you trying to accomplish? Two vinyl stickers, one with one color and the other with three colors.

What technical skills did you use to create the project? I used my knowledge in adobe illustrator to create the design, and used a vinyl cutter to cut to trace the design. Then I used my hands and an exacto knife to weed out the design. 

How do you feel you did on the project? I feel I did good, but I think if I would have thought out the design little more it would have came out more how I imagined it to be.
